 你的脊柱健康嗎?

脊柱支撐著人體整個上半身的重量,是人身體的“支柱”,同時又是人體神經系統的控制中心和總干道,脊柱的健康狀況與人們的生活質量息息相關。而現代人由于不良的工作和生活習慣,脊柱的健康狀況已經岌岌可危。

什么樣的脊柱才是健康的呢?        

    健康脊柱的形態從后面看應該是正直的、沒有傾斜和彎曲的,從側面看應該是曲度適中的。同時,生活中站坐行臥等運動中都不應該出現酸痛、僵硬等不適感,身體的活動應該是靈活自如的。

    但是,由于現代人生活方式的改變,我們的脊柱常常出現側彎、含胸、弓背等姿勢,或者有人經常感到頸部、腰背部僵硬酸痛,甚至有頭暈四肢麻木等癥狀,這表明脊柱很可能已經發生了異常的變化,應該引起我們的警惕。

      脊柱問題出現的初期通常以肌肉勞損和小關節紊亂為主,如果沒有得到及時有效的處理,很可能發展到椎間盤退行性變(例如腰間盤突出),此時的康復難度將大大增加,康復所需要的周期也將更長。一旦椎間盤出現問題,可能會一側下肢放射痛,在噴嚏和咳嗽等腹壓增高的情況下疼痛會加劇,嚴重者可出現大小便失控及雙下肢不完全性癱瘓等癥狀。一些內臟器官疾病,甚至高血壓都有可能與脊柱的病理變化有關。                        

                        

      我們有哪些方式可以檢測出自己的脊柱是否有問題呢?下面這些簡單的脊柱自我檢測指標可以幫助大家自我評估一下,你的脊椎狀態是否健康。                        

                        

                                一、脊柱的頸段和胸段:                        

                        

                                □不管用什么枕頭,都不好睡。睡到一半易醒,醒了后很難再入睡。                        

                        

                                □常常有落枕現象。                        

                        

                                □肩頸經常酸痛,會不自覺的聳肩。                        

                        

                         □肩膀越來越舉不起來。                        

                        

                         □肩胛骨兩側易感到酸痛。                        

                        

                         □工作時計算機不在視線正前方,頸部常往同一個方向轉動。                        

                        

                                □偶爾感到心慌、氣短,不能舒適的深呼吸。                        

                        

                                □身體好像越來越厚,被人說是虎背熊腰。                        

                        

                                □有圓肩、駝背的趨勢。                        

                        

                                □容易感到疲憊,精神不易集中,體力越來越差。                        

                        

                                □頸、背部活動時發出“咔咔”的響聲。                        

                        

                                □關節活動不靈活,肌肉和關節間有發緊發皺的感覺。                        

                        

                                □不時感到昏昏沉沉、頭痛、頭脹。                        

                        

                                □晨起抬頭感到頭暈、惡心、甚至嘔吐。                        

                        

                                □不時感到手臂或手指發脹、發麻。                        

                        

                                                     

                        

                                二、脊柱的腰段:                        

                        

                                □走路時感覺雙腿沉重,抬不起來。                        

                        

                                □常常腰酸,無法久站久坐。                        

                        

                                □晨起時腰部有僵硬感。                        

                        

                                □常常閃到腰。                        

                        

                                □站著的時候重心常傾向一邊。                        

                        

                                □走路時有“外八字”或“內八字”。                        

                        

                                □鞋子沒穿多久,后跟常被磨得高低不平。                        

                        

                                □常扭到腳,絆倒或踢到東西。                        

                        

                                □女性在生理期時,經痛、腰酸的感覺加重。                        

                        

                                □裙角或褲管會一直往一側旋轉。                        

                        

                                □下雨時,一邊褲腳濕的嚴重或走路時容易踩到一邊褲腳。                        

                        

                                □很努力運動瘦身,看起來也不胖,小腹卻還是突出。                        

                        

                                □無論怎么運動,臀部還是很扁平。
